Eloqua Form Spam Protection

We are creating a refer-a-friend campaign for customers to submit their referrals on a form on an Eloqua landing page. We don't want to limit the number of customer submissions, but would like to prevent or filter out spam submissions. Would Eloqua's form spam protection be appropriate to use if we don't want to limit customer submissions? Thank you.
