Termination is found how to recover amount based on the extra leave balance used.
If a termination date is found client wants to recover the amount for the extra leaves taken.
We are implementing Annual Leave in our project and have a requirement where if the employee is terminated mid–year but has taken leave in advance, in this case, client wants to recover for the amount in line with the excessive leave balance that has been used. Accrual Method used is Front-loaded. Client does not want to disburse a positive balance.
