    Application Error when Editing/Activating Assignments

    Hi,

    We are testing a scenario wherein we have to activate a Request Approved assignment (in Learning Assignment - Change Status > Activate Assignment). However, upon clicking “Save Rules Override Recalculate Renewal” or “Save Rules Override” buttons the following error is being encountered:

    "An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information."

    This also happens sometimes when editing an assignment (in Learning Assignment - Edit Assignment).

    Has anyone encountered this? We created an SR but there's not much information on it yet.
