Oracle Infinity Streams Release Notes for May 11, 2023

The following enhancement has been made to Oracle Infinity Streams. 

Personalize with the power of Oracle Infinity's real-time behavioral data together with Oracle Unity's customer profile data. With this new enhancement to Infinity's integration with Unity, Infinity can send customer profile data from Unity along with real-time behavioral data to a destination after an action's rules have been met.  Unity's customer profile data can be used for content personalization by the destination action system and more. For example, when an action triggers, it can retrieve loyalty data or a customer's lifetime value from Unity and pass it through to Responsys for email personalization.
