Oracle Infinity IQ Release Notes for June 8, 2023

The following enhancements have been made to Oracle Infinity IQ.  

New Web Personalization

With this new web personalization feature, you can tailor and provide 1-to-1 personalized experiences in real-time for your website visitors.  An intuitive, new web personalization canvas allows you to easily orchestrate your desired personalized outcomes through a series of steps, including real-time activation rules, content decisioning rules, content authoring, and when to stop showing content.  You'll find the following new web personalization capabilities as a part of this release:

• Web personalization orchestration canvas.  This canvas allows you to configure "nodes" or steps in a visitor's journey for a personalized web experience.  This includes a "Trigger" node in which your real-time activation rules can be defined, "Decision" nodes for splitting visitors and deciding what content variation to show, "Content" nodes for authoring the personalized content you want to show, and "Stop Content" nodes for when to stop showing content.
