How can we have Human resource specialist viewed full employment info on themselves?

Hello ,

Does anyone have a problem in a Human resource specialist that can view himself under can’t employment info - employment history , but can’t view the link that navigates him to the date track historical page. (See attached filed )?

We created a simple data role ,based on the oracle seeded human resource specialist role ,with view all.

HR can view himself under the emolument history, but no link.

How can we handle it please?
