Manage Document of Records approval flow

Hello experts,
we enabled Manage Document of Records approval flow. Is it possible to disable notifications for a specific actor and keep the approval at the same time?
We know BPM functionality but it is a global setting affecting other notifications. We need just to apply this exception for Document of Records.
