There is an ongoing HCM project that will go live next week. The Incentive Compensation process has been running since last year.

From now on, the person will be hired through HCM, and later some of them will be participants in the Incentive Compensation plan.

What is the best way to carry out this integration?

Is there an automatic process that performs the integration procedure where the employee created in HCM becomes a participant in Incentive Compensation Plan

We are facing difficulties in getting the employee information created in HCM and creating them as a resource user in Incentive Compensation. For example, which integration can complete this process so that the employee being hired turns out as a resource user and is located in the IC Plan?
