Dynamic Skills ties skills to Jobs. Is Oracle working to tie skills to Positions in the future?

Summary: Our Jobs are fairly high level. Since they are at a high level, we can't have specific skills that are meaningful. For example, we have the Job of Specialist|Engineering. All exempt individual contributors in Engineering would have this Job. However, the skillset would be very different in the Positions that fall under that Job. An software engineer would have different skills from a mechanical engineer.

Content (required): Our Jobs are high level as they are used for eligibility across all modules, and reporting. Based on this, they need to remain static. Currently there is no Idea Lab for Dynamic Skills to request/recommend this enhancement.
