How to get the original termination date when person is global transferred in fast formula?

Summary: Employee joined organization on Jan 2015 and worked till Nov 2020. Later, he got global transferred on 1st Dec 2020. Need to write fast formula to get his termination date which is Nov 2020 which happened due to global transfer. DB items Per_Per_Latest_Termination_date is getting termination date as future date ( 31/Dec/4731). Please assit.
