NOT GETTING INVOKE URL CALL FROM AMS WHILE TESTING THE PROGRAM WORKFLOW

Greetings,

I modified the record definition and getting the input and output parameters in configure URL. While save configuration URL, I am updating the record definition and send it in response of Save configuration URL along with payload.

But after validating and while testing the workflow, the invoke URL call is not happening and I am not getting any response while testing the program workflow. is there anything which I need to add in settings?

It will be great if you help me to know why invoke call is not happening after following the above procedure.
