CAN AMS SEND SOUND FILE IN JSON OBJECT WHEN SAVE CONFIGURATION URL IS CALLED?

Greetings,

In App configurations, we have option of uploading sound files for both the service i.e Voice-OBD, Voice-IVR. In Voice-OBD, we have option of uploading single sound file which we managed to convert file into base64 in our iframe and AMS send us base64 of the file in save configuration URL. But in our next service i.e Voice-IVR, we have option of uploading multiple sound files in frontend  and it is taking alot of time to convert every sound file in base64. We need to know if AMS send us sound file directly in buffer or any other way to send
