Stage App is blocked
in CX Apps
The custome is using the application RACC PRD (developed by Telecom) within Responsys program.
In the canvas "Analyze" of program we can see the following error: The stage is blocked and painted in red.
We tried to move the enactments to the next stage or Exit enactments using the button on the stage, but nothing happens.
We are monitoring the application watching the "metrics" in the AMS console.
Maybe the request to AMS are in queue or is delaying.
Can you help us with this error?
