Does Eloqua REST API supports CORS

Hi,

I am exploring to exercise Eloqua REST API from within a browser using some JS framework (e.g. Angular7). Most browsers (Chrome, Firefox or Safari) will block the Eloqua API calls as it is cross domain in nature and resulted in CORS errors. I attempted to follow  CORS's protocols by sending out OPTIONS preflight call to Eloqua site but no CORS responses back from Eloqua site such as "ACCESS-Allow-Control-Origin" headers to proceed. Does this indicate Eloqua site doe snot support CORS REST/API access.

If so can the expert from this site suggests an alternative means to access REST/API using JS framework available out there (Angular in particular).
