IP adress for branding

Is there any restriction to Number of IP we get for branding on Prod insatnce from Eloqua Oracle? If is only 3 IP's we get  per instance?  Can we request more if required?

If we have  more than two branding to be done will this IP's have any impact?  can these be dedicated IP's or shared IP's too?
