Push CDO records to Dynamics

Problem

We're migrating from a competing marketing automation system to Eloqua and the way we manage leads is to create a new lead record in our Dynamics system any time a contact submits a form. For example, if you go to our website and submit the contact us form three times, then three leads will be created. I've been able to replicate this behavior in Eloqua using a CDO and integration rule that executes every time a form is submitted.
