Link to course from outside of Learning

Hi, We are transitioning to Learning.

At the moment we have a page on our Intranet that outlines a series of courses and links to the eLearning content packages.

To make it easy to transition I would like to be able to replace those links with links that will take the learner to the course site inside of Learning. (It would also be good to be able to include the link in newsletters so user could go straight to a course we talk about.) 

I tried to copy the link that a user has when they are on a course page, but when clicked on it takes the person through SSO and then shows the "What to learn" page. The link looked like
