Production and test instances out of sync

We migrated the application from test to production. This was done using snapshot export and import. The application works fine however following issues encountered:

1. In the test we can see several rules in the Consolidation - configurable consolidation (such as Investment, Investment PP, Owners equity etc) but the production only shows the rules we copied/customised. The standard ones are gone / missing. The apps are in same version as the Help / About / Version screen show the same number.

2. Unable to refresh in production though works find in dev. We get the HSP_TMP error. There was a document in the support website (support.oracle.com) which says there is an "enhancement request" and suggested that we do a refresh in the test before taking snapshot. Done that, but makes no difference. The snapshot was imported after deleting the app in the production so there should be no leftovers.
