Pulling HTML or online view link into Field

Hi All,

Sometimes, sales reps would like to know what kind of email has been sent to the customer, so we thought that if there is a way to pull html of the email or Online version link of the email automatically from email into field in CDO, therefore, we can pass this information into SFDC.

Do you think is there a way to pull out html or Online link automatically into one field? Or any work around?
