Advise to use Bulk API set to delete large quantity of contacts

HI Eloqua API team,

Can you advise what Bulk API set to delete large quantity (100K+) contact records from an Eloqua instance.

I used syncActions before but its supported object lists does not include contact but CDO, contact segment, account etc. I don't seem to find a mean to create the proper import/export definition with email addresses as field identifier then using sync or syncActions to perform bulk deletion of contacts.

I have created import and export definitions then sync data to/from staging area to upload or download segment or CDO data. But can't find the way to bulk delete contact objects. Appreciated any pointers what Bulk APIs I can. use to take on this task. thanks
