Code breaking in Eloqua email when sent due to link protection software

Recently I have had an issue with code breaking in the Eloqua emails we send (and receive from other Eloqua users for that matter), causing specific links and code to appear above the button in the sent email (on desktop). I was told by Oracle Support that this was due to a link protection software we have which seems to be causing the code in the Eloqua email to break, but wasn't provided any solution.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?
