Eloqua Dynamic Forms

I'm a newbie to Eloqua, so apologies in advance if this is a daft question. I wanted to understand if Eloqua has the ability to facilitate 'dynamic' form fields and processing? So, I have a requirement where a user would arrive on a form a select, from a drop-down, one of a number of categories... such as General enquiries, or XYZ product', or Support, 'event registration' etc, etc. This would then show other form fields relevant to that category.
