How to update a document link or remove a link in a live email in Eloqua?

Hello! We sent out an email with a link to a PDF that was uploaded to our Eloqua file storage. But there have been edits to that PDF. Can we update that link to the new updated PDF link given the email is live/active? How can we do this? And if we can't, can we at least break that old link so no one can view the older PDF version?
