Is there a way that Eloqua can move data between 3rd party form and Eloqua before form is fully?

Is there a way that Eloqua can move data between 3rd party form and Eloqua before the form is fully submitted.

For example, there is a service appointment form where the user is filling out information but may not submit the form and reach the thank you page. How could we capture the information user type in.
