How do you see upcoming batch sends?

I scheduled an email to be batch sent out using the Simple Email Campaign builder. When doing so I specified to only have the email be sent out between 1:00pm - 1:30pm on Wednesdays for the next 35 days (5 weeks).

My total list size was about 175k but I noticed that after the first Wednesday past, only 5k emails were sent. I was expecting this number to be around 35k (175k divided by 5 wednesdays = 35k sent each day of send).

Curious as to why this happen I navigating to "Email Batch Control" since the Eloqua Help Center page says you can find both past and ~upcoming~ batch send details there. I was only able to locate past batch sends, not the upcoming ones. Anyone know where to find this info? Also if anyone knows more about how Eloqua determines the volume of each batch that would be extremely helpful!
