Can I search GUIDs from Eloqua to identify specific contacts?

By passing the GUID information to GoogleAnalytics, we are now able to analyze the ad channel who pass the contact form.In GA, I can see from which ad the inquiry came.

GA can analyze which ad the inquiry came from, but it can't see which Eloqua contact the inquiry came from.If we can find the GUID, we can fulfill the client's requirement.
