Locking down the ability to view the contents of a Custom Data Object in Eloqua

Hi I am working on a project and would like to know if it is possible to specifically lock down the ability to view the contents of what is store in a custom data object. The user however would need to have the access rights to create, edit and upload to a Custom Data Object.
