Hi,

On Oracle Cloud, I see that I am able to configure a Windows server via Compute Classic but there is not Oracle DB license included. It's probably BYOL.

On Database Cloud Service, you have the option of having a DB license but it's always on a Linux server, no option to choose the OS.

Can I have a Windows server with an Oracle DB license included?
