Bounce rate increase

We are seeing an increase in bounce rates. I'm wondering if we are seeing an increase due to volatility in the job market caused by more people than normal changing jobs. If that's the case, I would expect that other people would be seeing an uptick in bounce rates as well. Is anyone else seeing a bounce rate increase?
