Building contact history report in insights

For an audit, I need to provide a list of all emails a group of contacts has received. These contacts were sent emails from multiple segments, groups, list uploads, etc. I can't figure out a way to create a report using segments, CDO or a shared list that would tell me all emails deployed to this list of contacts. Any thoughts?
