Eloqua Email Deployment (Create and send to 'large' number of contacts)

The documentation for this endpoint shows that when using the endpoint type = EmailInlineDeployment you can pass the HTML for that email. And it does not require that email to exist in Eloqua. That means that I should be be able to pass other settings like Header, Footer, define settings like MTA, branding etc - but it is not documented.

And there is no documentation that I can see that says what will be used if I cannot specify or control these settings. I'd be a long time guessing what I can / cannot pass or how a default value is assigned.
