Courses not visible under Learning Community

Summary:

Courses added to learning community are not showing for employees.

Content (required):

We have a learning community with 29 courses/offerings added to it. When viewing the community as an employee (Me -> Learning) none of the courses show under the catalog for the community. Has anyone experienced this before? Any idea on how to resolve it? We have other learning communities that are working as expected.
