Xdock planning on OWMS and OTM
Summary:
The customer wants to have xdock operations for transfer orders and customer orders.
For instance: they issue a transfer order from Facility A to Facility C, but this transfer will require to have a receiving operation and ship operation in Facility B. However, when the ERP creates the transfer order, the ERP does not provide any reference for Xdock required, so on OWMS, we are going to have an order created to ship from facility A and ship to facility C.
To have the receiving and shipping operation enabled in facility B, we are thinking to use OTM integrations, where OTM will plan the delivery and check the needs to do xdock in facility B, then OWMS will have the ASN, order, and dock scheduling created based on the OTM planning.
