I need to know if it exists an API for create Work Schedule Assignment

Good day!
We have the requirement to assign work schedules in a massive way to employees who meet some characteristics. We found that it can be done via HDL, however, due to different organizational policies, it is requested that it be done via API. I was looking through the documentation and I did not find anything about it
