Oracle asked us to obtain encryption and CA certificate for WSDL, but we don't know how.

Summary:

We received a notification to do the below, but we are unclear. Does anyone have more detailed instructions?

1. Open your SOAP Web Service metadata using the WSDL url

2. Obtain the encryption and CA certificate from WSDL

3. If you have already imported the previous certificates, then please update all the old certificates with the new certificates mentioned above
