Cannot create Data Share on Autonomous Data Warehouse

Summary:

I am trying to create a Data Share in ADW but when I try to select the Cloud Location the dropdown list button does not work. I tried creating different Cloud Storage and different browsers (Safari and Chrome) and the behaviour is the same.

Content (required):

UI issue is preventing a Data Share from being created on ADW. Can't select an existing Cloud location. Tested different browsers

Steps to reproduce:

1) Access Database Actions

2) Data Share

3) Create Share

4) Trying to select cloud location for the share (Fails)
