We are creating CM in AR and issuing refunds in payables. We need to send remittance advice to customers after processing the refunds. For some customers, the system triggers email, it is getting the email initially set up at the customer, but when a new email is added, the system still picks up the original recipients and not the new ones.
Can anyone explain how payables gets the email for customer refunds? Is it required to create new customer site every time there is a change in the remittance recipients?
