Is it possible to have a report about changes the employee has made to Personal details, Additional personal details, and Banks ?

The report should have the date modified also.

I will open the erp to all employees and the HR department would like this info.

I don't use approval flows because I don't want anyone will approve it and don't want to get a massage to every employee, just get a summary report about it.
