Notification is showing classic style even after changing the profile values to BIP

Summary:

Client would like to see the FYI notification in BIP view, we have already set the profile options in Manage Administrator profile values but notification still showing in classic style. Do we need to do run any scheduled process or other settings other than profile option values setup?

Client would like to see the FYI notification in BIP view but showing as classic style even after setting up profile values. Any help on this to solve is much appreciated.
