Hi,

On a RMCS Contract, we have created a recurring contract line, for 1 year of contract, which will be converted to recurring contract with frequency 1 month at the end of contract.

In the last month of the contract, when the contract is going to convert to Month to month from next month, business decides to give a one month waiver / discount on the billing. To reflect it in the system, we try to reverse the billing in this month on the recurring contract line. Oracle processes the billing reversal but it isn't applied to the same month, it is kept unapplied, to be applied next month.
