Sick Leave Duration greater than XX days over a rolling period

Summary:

We are trying to report on employees who have recorded more than 40 days of sick leave in a rolling 365 day period.

Content (required):

We have used Leave Duration and with no filter on this shows correct results, but when we add a filter like 'greater than 40' to the Leave Duration field it restricts the results to instances where the duration per instance is 40 days rather than the complete total of absences. For example the top record here should actually show over 200 days
