Error with a empty line in Agreement

A line in the agreement is empty and the agreement cannot be edited because when you submit it for approval you receive an error message with the information missing on the line itself which cannot be edited or deleted because it is not allowed due to missing information. , I already tried to modify through the excel template and it cannot be. Is there any other way to remove the agreement line?
