Assignment details not integrating in their Payroll software

The assignment details of one employee does not seem to be extracted from PROD to the XML, which is shared with their Payroll software.

There's also one employee where assignment data is included in the XML but payroll data omitted.

What could be the possible reason why the assignment and payroll details are missing for these employees?
