Alert Composer Notification should be sent to Delegator when the Manager has set delegation

Alert Composer Notification should be sent to Delegator when the Manager has set the delegator while on vacation.

Is there a way to send the notification to the delegatorv through Alert Composer, when manager has set a delegator on his absence?

We are doing HWM Time Exceptions from Compliance Rules, and need to know if the message can be sent to the delegator.

Also I would like to know the expression to bring the Manager name, when email is sent to the manager. Since CC is not available, and need to be sent directly to the manager, it would be great if we could address it to them.
