Advance Ship Notice - Inbound received via B2B CMK using EDI failed

Summary:

CMK B2B configuration has been done to communicate with trading partners using IBM EDI, AP Invoice has been received and processed successfully but ASN Inbound failed with error type: B2B Inbound Error, Error Subtype: Application Partner Not Found and Error Description: No application partner was found to process the message.

Retrieve Supplier Site from PO check box is unchecked under Configure Additional Details of Business Process Setup. Please help and let me know the possible reason of this issue to resolve it.
