Adjusting Production Plan Values and re run the SNOP Plan?

Summary:

Hi, as we are very new to Oracle DM and SNOP and learning as we grow in Oracle. How can we make changes to the values in our Production Plan Measure in one of our Sales and Operation Plan Table,

Our Planner wants : we should be able to make changes to Production Plan and when we run the plan, value should remain and all the other related Values like, On Hand, Resource Requirement, Resource Capacity Etc. should get adjusted.

We have tried to use Adjusted Production Plan and Final Production Plan Measure and created the Measure copy set but it did not worked, after we ran the plan all the values were erased and Production Plan went back to original Values.
