Intent and PersonId are "null" for employee bank accounts

I'm currently exploring the External Bank Accounts API (/fscmRestApi/resources/ I have noticed in our instance that the following fields are not populated for person bank accounts that are created through ESS and Admin Screens:

  • Intent
  • PersonId

According to Oracle documentation, the Intent should be "Person," and the PersonId should be present for an employee bank account.

I would appreciate any insights or assistance in understanding why these fields are not populated in our case.
