Tupe Transfer - Absences Migration prior to date of hire in Fusion HCM
We have a situation where we are doing a merger and transferring employees to our legal entity. We need to capture their seniority dates during this process.
The challenge we are facing is that we are migrating employees from the effective date of 1st August 2023, but we also need to migrate their previous sick absences before this date. This is necessary to calculate accurate SSP rules and occupational Sick Pay.
We are looking for a solution to load the sick absences of employees before their hire date due to the merger. If anyone has any standard solution or workaround for this, please let us know.
