WO quantity released from Planning in decimal values. with shrinkage factor

Summary:

Customer had a business requirement to use Shrinkage factor and generate a supply plan order. 

With this he had defined a shrinkage factor, and this is creating a decimal valued quantity as Supply planned orders.

WO with decimal quantities is not as expected.

we asked customer to go with below document.

Plan is creating plan orders with correct quantities as per the standard logic.  please go through the below document.

however, customer is expecting plan to create the planned orders without decimals.
