"Updated By" and "Last Changed Date", not present in History section of position detail screen.

Summary: Hi Experts, This has been a major ask from our users and I think many might have come across this. We need ,'who made the change' and 'when the change was made' to be visible in the position details UI's history section.

Content (required): History section only shows the last effective date , but we need, for example, when there is a position change , it will show when the last change was made as in the date when the position change was submitted and also who made this change. I know as of now its not feasible. If anyone has any workaround or can share some existing idea on this .
